For garments that need a gentler finish. Items are carefully separated from your regular laundry and air dried (hung or laid flat) to help protect their shape, fabric, and fit.

For stains that need a little extra attention. Ideal for everyday stains like food, coffee, makeup, grass, grease, and spills. We’ll carefully pre-treat the affected area before washing to give it the best chance at coming clean.

For best results, stains should be treated as soon as possible. Older or previously washed and dried stains may be permanent, and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

For machine-washable sheets, duvet covers, comforters, and blankets. Each item is washed and dried separately as needed, then neatly folded and returned with your laundry.

Sheet set includes 2 pillowcases, flat and fitted bed sheet.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Choose a membership or à la carte service, select any add-ons you’d like, and schedule your pickup. We’ll take it from there.

  • Leave your laundry in a secure, accessible spot on the exterior of your home - such as your front door or porch. For your first pickup, any securely closed bag will work.

  • Nope! As long as you have a secure accessible spot where laundry can be left, you do not need to be at home for pickup or delivery.

  • LANDED currently serves Homestead and select surrounding areas. Check our Info page for service areas. If you are still unsure, give us a call, text, or send us a message.

  • Most orders are returned within two days. Monday pickups are returned Wednesday, and Thursday pickups are returned Saturday. If neither schedule works for you, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note, LANDED is closed on Sundays.

  • Ten pounds is roughly one small-to-medium load of everyday clothing. Think a mix of T-shirts, shorts, underwear, socks, pajamas, and a few heavier items. Because fabrics vary in weight, this is only an estimate—but we’ll always weigh your laundry for the actual charge.

  • Yes. Your laundry is kept together and washed separately from other customers’ orders. Your clothes are never combined with another household’s laundry.

  • We use Arm & Hammer Clean Burst liquid detergent for our standard wash. Prefer fragrance-free? Choose our Free + Clear option at no additional charge.

  • Heavily soiled/biohazard items, pet bedding, rugs, shoes, and dry cleaning will not be accepted at this time.

  • For now, LANDED is focused on making your everyday laundry as effortless as possible! While we hope to expand into dry cleaning in the future, our current service is dedicated to the clothes and linens that keep your household moving.

  • Add-ons are for any service outside of your monthly subscription. When your order needs speciality care, add-on services can be added. We will match the name on the order to your account and confirm which pickup service you would like the add-on services combined with.

  • Absolutely. Have a detergent you love? Send it along with your laundry and we’ll be happy to use it. Just make sure it’s clearly labeled with your name. Because we can’t verify or control products supplied by customers, LANDED isn’t responsible for any damage or unexpected results caused by customer-provided laundry products.
